What is your return policy?
All items must be carefully packaged and returned in the same condition they were sent. All items besides clothing must be unopened/sealed in original packaging. Clothing may be tried on for size but must be returned in new and unused condition. Once we receive the item(s), we'll refund the full amount. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once they are received, we will give a full refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee if an item is returned in used condition. Refunds may take a business day or two, to show up on your bank statement.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to ship internationally as routine. However, we will ship internationally on a case by case basis. Please email us at hello@kpoptrash.com to see if we are able to ship to you.

Shipping and Handling
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once shipped they may take as long as 5-7 business days. All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS and you will be provided with a tracking number. We are not liable for the packages once they have been delivered.

What if my order was shipped but returned to Kpop Trash's address?
We do not take liability for orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses or absent residents at the time of delivery. When an order is returned to us, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping charges. If the customer still wishes to receive the purchased items, he/she will need to place a new order on our website. Please double check that the shipping address is correct before you place an order.

Why didn't my posters arrive with the rest of my order?
Posters are packaged and shipped in separate carrier tubes to ensure quality. For unknown reasons, they typically arrive a few days later than the rest of the order. You can check on your posters by entering the tracking number at USPS.com.

I placed an order awhile ago. Why is the status still marked Awaiting Fulfillment?
For all orders, we do our best to have the items packaged and shipped within 2 business days.

However, sometimes items ordered may be out of stock even though it is available on our website at the time of purchase. In these cases, we will try to restock the item as soon as possible or give you a full refund. 

I received a damaged/defective item
We make sure to check our products before we ship them out, but no one is perfect. If the error is our fault, we will fully refund you once you ship it back to us. We are not liable for items with manufacturer's defects. We are also not liable for any item or package damage incurred during transit. 

What does Final Sale mean?
If a product is marked Final Sale, that means it is not eligible for returns or exchanges for various reasons. Items marked Final Sale due to minor damage but still deemed salable goods will be labeled as such in the product description.
